You have wonderful windows! We can't have a real tree as DH is allergic but I like tall too. Mine is sitting in the living room waiting for Monday when I have time to trim it.
I like mine tall and fat too, but this year we are cutting one from our garden, it has a twisted stem and thin looking but it should be fun to have our own.
Oh my! It looks like it might need some trimming at the top! I love fresh trees at Christmas, but prefer to get them a week or two before Christmas; ours tend to dry out too quickly. We also have a couple of artificial trees and alternate between the real and the faux. TFS - kimB
yep. we went to walmart and our tree on thanksgiving. dh isn't one for waiting. lol. He was very good though and pull each and every one out for me too look at. TALL and FAT is how i like my trees. this one was only $25, it'll do. Yep, it's a leaner. oh well.
we now have the tree skirt under it and the train. My ornaments are still on the kitchen table!

Next year, I hope to have more money. For those who say this is big, umm...no, not compared to what I expect! and, there is still plenty of room b/w the tree and the ceiling! I grew up with tall and fat, they didn't always fit into the front door, the angel didn't always fit on top.
