Deb, what a nice heart you heave :) Rocking a baby is so sweet. My oldest wanted me to rock her until she was about 8 so maybe you can continue to rock your little sweetie too :)
What a beatiful page! It is so elegant. I love it all. . .the colors, the stitching, the buttons, stashed it to see if I can duplicate it with paper! And I love the sentiment expressed. You rock! (hehehehe)
This is a wonderful layout! Love the sepia tones. Whoever took this awesome photo of you is a saint! (I don't even have photos like that of me w/my own children) I'm so glad you journaled on this page - what a beautiful touch!
I'm stumped for words.....and that has to be a first. This brought back so many memories for me of rocking my own grandbabies.....lets just say, straight to my favs.
Love the colors and the sepia tone with the picture. Looks great! And your journaling here is wonderful, very sweet. I'm sorry it gave you fits but take comfort in knowing it was worth it because it's beautiful!!
Photo of me rocking my 9 day old Granddaughter Jayde. Such a precious memory. When I found out that I was to be a Gramma, I went out and bought myself a rocking chair, not because I felt I was old, but because I needed a nice comfy place to rock my Grandbabies! There is something so comforting in rocking a baby to sleep. Even at five years of age, Jayde still likes to rock with Gramma.
