This LO started out as a lift of CatScrapsHere's GORGEOUS Grandpa's Hill LO. This is for the Dec. scraplift and doodle challenges. Used the flex ruler to make the curve at the bottom and to cut the stripes. The flourishes are hand doodled. May make one add'l change to this LO but it's at least 99% done. :)
