Coaster- My own design from a coaster that the Camel cigarette company sent me as a "prize" when I still smoked. I covered the middle with coordinating paper and then applied rubons to make the title.

Dear Serenity,
I had you at such an early age. I was only seventeen, just a baby myself. Your daddy & I always planned on having a little brother or sister for you to grow up with later in life. That was my dream... a little house in the country with a flower garden and front porch swing and a little girl & her brother running in the yard. Then I discovered that life doesn’t always work out the way it does in your dreams. I can not have any more children, so there will never be a brother for you to run with, play with, share with. We decided to focus all of our attention & money on you and not give up our dreams, just change them. I still dream of that little house in the country, sitting on the front porch and watching you, but I have learned to count my blessings and each day I thank God for giving me you, because you have been such a blessing to me.
