Various blending modes were used on a number of the layers.
I created the birdhouse stamp by extracting the birdhouse from one of my photos and using the photocopy filter.

All winter bird folk have lived in the South,
But now with the spring sunshine and rain
They're looking for signposts that lead to the North,
And soon we shall see them again.
Some pleasant birdhouses I've put up for rent-
Bird tenants, I hope, come along,
For this is the sign I have put at each door:
These cottages rent for a song.
