Once Upon a Time

This is the first page of three about my daughter's arrival. This version is being done for my in-laws who live out of state. The Flour de Lis flap lifts to show an explanation of each picture.

This is the first page from the Once Upon a Time stack that had anything but a repeated pattern on it and the thing took me all night to figure out. All of my photos are too dark and they needed a solid color mat behind them. I tried using the coordinating mat stack but had no luck. The CS is Bazzil Bling and was a good match for the amount of glitter on the background paper. I used ink to try and blend the edges a little bit and also had quite a bit of fun with my Stickles. I've got to say, my SU Bayou Blue from last year's special color set is my Go To ink - I use it more than anything except my Walnut Distress Ink. I have a lot of clothes similar to the blues and purples on this paper.
