Thank you for all your kind thoughts. She died over a year ago now and I am very much at peace with her passing. She had been in pain for most of her life and it was her time to go. But I so much appreciate all of your kind sentiments!

title: Flowers may fade, but sweet memories linger on forever.
journaling: Though you will never remember her, I want you to know how much your Grandma Kramer loved you. You will never know what it's like to travel to her house, to sneak cookies out of the cookie jar that she put here just for you, to snuggle up in bed with her while she tells stories, to get a great big hug the minute you walk in the door, or to hear her tell of her strong testimony of the gospel. And you are just too small now to keep her face in your mind. But, my little one, she has given a piece of her heart to you, and because of that, whether you remember or not, she will always be with you.
