Inspired by the journal jar created by Laura (Scrapnfor3), I made this for my mom for Christmas. It is a journal that I decorated, and inside the jar are strips of patterned paper with all kinds of questions to jumpstart a journal entry. Questions vary from "tell about a childhood Christmas memory" to "What drives you crazy?"
