This was another card I made using the alcohol inks onto vellum. Then I ran it through my printer to print the photo onto it. I have found that sandpapering the vellum after the ink dries works better for printing photos onto it.
I took a piece of dollie, painted it with white ink and then ran a brayer over top of it to transfer the doilie image to the cardstock. Then I used green walnut ink and went over top of it to tink the image. Used an exacto knife to cut around the doilie...
