paris nights R

the journaling is pretty long, but i really wanted to get this stuff down before i forgot! tfl!

journaling:
Every night Lara would fall asleep almost instantly. Even though we had a stroller for her, she walked much of Paris with us. Her poor little legs could keep up, but she was asleep almost as soon as her head hit the pillow. Mia, on the other hand decided to stay
up and hang out! Being that we were on an extremely tight budget, this “convenience store in a box” at the train station was extremely useful! We actually ended up eating
ham, cheese, and butter baguettes most of the time..we’re real chic like that. When in Paris..! Our hotel was a little lacking, but it didn’t really matter in the end considering
that we just repacked our gear, made sandwiches for the next day, and then passed out. Our view, however, was a little lacking. And the fabrics
in the room were really terrible...even for a hotel. Yes, I was being a snob! It was funny, though, and these photos are some of the most endearing for me. But propping Mia’s crib open with two chairs was not my idea of fine living! Note to self: When in Paris next, lodge as far away from a train staion as possible.
