Black/Grey (grey is shiny)paper. I placed wide black ribbon behind the message. I used red velvet ribbon. It was hard to place evenly as you can see. I also used Martha Stewart's leaf punch and added some glitter. The Merry Christmas is black sticker letters. The message is 3-D.
