(i created this for a rusty pickle event held nov 30-dec 2 at ever after scrapbook store in carlsbad, california-what a fantastic weekend)
Despite the dozens of plastic and metallic decorations available today, handmade paper decorations are still the most warm and loving way to celebrate the Christmas season. I delight in scouring estate and tag sales, junque shops and even my own stash of vintage treasures to gather the items for the perfect additions for this projects. With a generous menagerie of many things RUSTY PICKLE, vintage sewing patterns, some basic embroidery, a bit of glitter, antique buttons, and of course more than a pinch of Christmas magic!
