This is wonderful layout! The colors of the paper and the way you tore the lighter paper really give it a beach feel. I love the little bits of bright color on the flags of the sand castle and the sand pails!

Early Spring Day

Journaling - written by my dear husband:

Assateague beach...early spring day. Still a bit cold, but we're ready to play.
Sun feels so nice, toes in wet sand. Coming down this weekend, what a wonderful plan.
Little kids running, having such fun. Look at them go, wild horses on the run.
"Let's dig in the sand!" they say. "Let's make a castle!" Waves breaking on shore, this is no hassle.
Grab the shovels, get the buckets. Look at them glow. Then we head for the spot, young Dan in tow.
Five minutes later they gallop away. Assateague beach, early spring day.
