I recently came across my collection of garbage Pail Kids (if you are under 30 years old, you may not even know about them....scary, but true). I started thinking back on how I used to collect these in junior high school and how truly WRONG these cards are. But there is a very sick side of my humor that GETS the gross, creative and funny side to these. I decided to do a layout because hopefully SOMEDAY, my little boys may find the humor in them too.... when they are old enough to. So as embarrassing as this is, I think there are a lot of people out there that may have these types of collections that they may feel guilty about but still give them a little bit of pleasure. Hope you like it. Was super fun to do! :)

Journaling Reads:
OK... so I have a Garbage Pail Kids collection... a BIG one! They are gross, crude and a little bit disturbing...but the twisted side of my mind loves the creative, play-on-names, detailed sick humor that these trading cards hold. It started in the 80's.... a parody of Cabbage Patch Kids... and turned into a mini obsession for me. I still have them all and hope my boys will get my sick sense of humor someday!! :)
