The paper is an excellent choice, as you say it could be overwhelming if there was too much, but you have used it with good effect here.

Don't you just love using paper you think you'll never use! I love BG but must admit this sheet I used here was a little bold for me that I couldn't imagine using it on a page. It is perfect (in small doses) for this page. It reminds me of all the dripping colors from Gabi's paintbrush. Layout is based on a sketch that I've scrapped before.
