For my birthday LOTW swap.
To answer Bran's question, I did use my Cricut, it was doodlecharms. The balloons were an RAK from Tammy6071. The balloon strings are done with thin gold wire, and I used the same thing to attach the little gold tag. I used hot glue to keep the wires attached.
No products have been added to this project.
