What a year this has been!Isaac, you’ve tested every limit we’ve set. You’ve pushed all of our buttons at least a dozen times. You question. You reason. You analyze. You’re too smart! We never in our wildest dreams expected to have such a precocious little one. You astound us with your vocabulary. You shock us with the things you understand. You remember the littlest details. No longer are you content with the “typical” bible stories like Jonah and Noah, You’re more interested in Absalom, and why Jesus died on the cross. You want to know the “why” of everything. One look at you and we can tell those wheels are turning, constantly. With so much going on in that head of yours it’s understandable that you talk more than anyone in this house! One morning you greeted me with an 8 minute, uninterrupted monologue! (I know because I timed you!) Isaac, you’re so much more than we could’ve ever hoped for.
Because of you, we smile, we laugh, and we love.
Keep on growing little one!
