While at the medieval fair on the weekend, we were fortunate to see this reconstruction of a Viking ship. Vince was fascinated and so he and his father gave me the opportunity to play with the camera, trying framing shots and the like. I wanted to scrap this one and see how it turned out. It was a real challenge - I wanted to use the Hero kit because of the colors, but I had to adapt it for the theme. I ended up blending a paper with the photo and then almost completely desaturating it to provide enough color contrast.
