For Pammy's acceptance challenge--a few things I have or am trying to accept. Also for the parts of speech challenge--a preposition as the title, things you hate challenge (deco scissors), Use the Stuff you Rarely Use Challenge (deco scissors and alpha stickers), We Love Flowers Challenge (inked the flower), Use You Swap Challenge (fiber) and of course the "More Than 1 Challenge" Challenge. Without a lot of money growing up
I was able to appreciate what I had and am not materialistic today.

Without my parents together
they are happier, we (their children) are happier, and we can actually enjoy time spent together.

Without the “bigger city” I always wanted to live in
I am able to have a wonderful peace in my quiet neighborhood and see open fields and millions of stars from my backyard.

Without the children I so badly wanted to have by now
I am able to listen to God more closely to try to find his plan for my life, and when I finally become a mother I will be that much more ready.

Without the trials I’ve had in my life
I would not be the person I am (and love) today. I would not have the strength and conviction that I have.

I am without disease, without suffering, without loneliness, without despair, and without fear.

I have prayed for so many things over the years that have not been granted. When life gets hard and I’m tempted to throw my hands in the air and ask “why God, why??”, I remind myself that I can’t see the end. Unanswered prayers are often better than answered ones.

Thank you, God, for all that I am without.

And the tag on the bottoms says: The most important things in life are not things at all. - unknown
