I have been thinking of doing a LO about how much I love Aislinn's hair when it is wet like this - here tis. Love the fresh girly look this one has, the pink gingham ribbon is from one of her hair ribbons, the chinese closure thing I found in an oddments bin at the material shop for 50c - looks great on a page. I even wrote the beautiful in the title with my old cursive I haven't used since school.
Journalling reads: I have a love affair with Aislinn's hair. As the ad says, people spend a fortune trying to colour their hair like this. Aislinn has the most beautiful golden blonde hair, it has never been cut except for her fringe. Since she turned one her hair has grown so much and is now between her shoulder blades when dry. It has a natural curl to it and goes into ringlets when it dries. I especially love her hair when it is just washed, the colour becomes almost striped, it looks quite cool. Aislinn however has a love/hate relationship with her hair. She loves to look pretty and have her hair done up, however she hates having it brushed! It has a tendancey to get very knotty and even though I spray it with detangling spray, there are alot of "ow ow"s and tears. When I tell her we could cut it short like Quinn's she says "No want em haircut!" so as tempting as it would be to cut her hair into a more manageable style we both prefer her lovely long golden hair.
