I was experimenting with motion blur while taking the picture. The opposing player (in maroon) behind the goal as well as the goalies hands and legs wound up in motion. I was happy that my db stayed in focus while other aspects in the picture blurred. I did this by keeping the focus locked in on my db while he was moving. The settings used on this picture was an ISO 400, Aperature speed 5.6 and a shutter speed of 1/25.
