I think it is wonderful that you share your interest in photography with your son and let him try the camera out. with the strap around his neck there is less rick of damage so I think you are in pretty good shape.

good for you - my kids like to play around with my camera... but it makes me nervous! (I'm afraid the younger one will drop it or the oldest one will keep it!! lol)
