CS: Oh this is adorable! What an idea--I'm so glad all the girls had a good time. You did well with the stitching, and I love the way you did the journaling here. Nice work!
This is a LO that gave me fits with the stitching, but still I think it's cute. My bff's and I hosted a Princess Tea Party at our church last May, and we had 28 little girls. They loved it and we'll be doing it again, although I will let someone else give the 28 pedicures next time. My friend Michelle is shown giving "up dos" and then she tied the hair with polka dotted silk fabric, and gave each girl metallic sunglasses to match the fabric (pink, light blue, lavendar). The results were awesome!! They also made altered paper purses, were treated to a spa mani & pedi, and had traditional finger sandwiches and petit fours. A great time for girls of all ages. My goals for the LO were: providing 3 visual triangles (button-brad-title), (3 photos)- (button-journaling paper-title). I also made mini flower bouquets using buttons and mini-flower brads. I stuck them through the button wholes then used a lot of glue dots to adhere them. TFL!
