I loved the way the pages I made of myself, hubby, and pair turned out and I thought maybe Jack would like to know what he was like now too.


Your name is Jack Daniel Trader. You were not named after the whiskey. You were named for your grandpas. You just turned ten months old. You just started really walking. You are goofy. You love attention. You love everyone and everyone loves you. You are not a shy baby. You are very good natured and smiley. You have seven teeth (and counting). You like to take string and act like you are flossing. Your favorite food is blueberries. Whenever you eat them you make SUCH a mess. You also love your fruits and veggies. You love any kind of carb…bread, potato, crackers, etc. When you were born you had naturally curly, dark hair. We cut your hair for the first time when you were six months old and the curls didn’t come back. You love your vitamins and get so excited when we give you some. You like to spend the night at Grandma and Grandpa Spencer’s. You are spoiled. You love crumbs. If you have an assortment of food in front of you, you usually eat the smallest stuff first. You always find the smallest stuff on the floor and try to eat them, even if we’ve just vacuumed you find something. You love our dog, Leo. He always makes you laugh. Your most ticklish spot is right above your knees. You love to take baths and splash around. You love to be naked. When you get sleepy you suck on your right thumb. It is very cute. You have a small giraffe blankie that you can’t sleep without. We call him “raffie”. We couldn’t find him once and tried to give you a blanket that was almost identical except it was a monkey, but you knew the difference. You love nature. When you were little and you would get fussy we would just take you outside and let you look around and it calmed you down. Sometimes we call you E.T. because you point your finger like E.T. all the time to touch everything. You love to type on the computer. You are surprisingly strong. You are stubborn. You are a good cuddler. You love books. Your favorite books are “Can You Cuddle Like a Koala” and “Penguin Pete, Ahoy”. You are not a morning person until after you have had breakfast. You like to sit by a toy bin and take out each toy one by one and look each one over like you are doing inventory. You like to play peek-a-boo. You are a joy and a blessing!
