This LO was originally going to be for the can you be negative challenge. However, it took on a life of it's own, and turned into something weird and funky....
I printed on a transparency and painted the back w/paint. the top is from a sheet of rubons.
The whole LO is dedicated to the sights I saw in downtown Eugene, Or while spending a weekend down there. TFL!!!
