For the tag, I used a thin layer of water in a caserole dish and scraped a few different colors of chalk onto the top of the water. I used a toothpick to swirl the colors around a bit (not mix them in or necessarily together, just create swirl patterns) and then laid the tag gently on the top. I only let it sit for a second or two then gently pulled it out and let it dry flat and thats what I got! :-) I used a colored vellum square behind the dragonfly just to accent it
