As I made my grandfather's Visual Journal commemorating his 90th birthday I realized that it would take up an enormous amount of room to scrap each page of his grandchildren and great grandchildren. So, for his great grandchildren I chose to make this layout with minimal journaling and made pockets that opened at the side giving the viewer easy access to the photos inside. I put the photos on handmade tags that I made into 'mini-books' by binding them with wire and some beadwork. I then slid each 'book' into it's pocket.
