This layout was inspired by a layout that I saw in an ad for CK earlier this week - I've had this picture saved for just the perfect layout and I'm really pleased with how it turned out. It was a LOT of cutting, but I think the end result was SO worth it! It really didn't take me as long as I thought it would to cut out and paper piece all of the flowers.
I used all of the CTMH purple textured cardstock that I had - Amethyst, Pansy Purple, and Petal - I LOVE the two-toned feature of CTMH's textured CS, it allowed me to get so much more out of one piece of paper - I only used 3 colors of purple, yet it looks like I used 6! I also used my Olive Watercolor pencil and waterbrush to color in the stems and leaves, and garden green brads, bamboo brads, and dots of liquid glass on the flowers. I also used the Simple Beauty stamp set (which is CTMH's March Stamp of the Month).
