This is for the "We Love Flowers" Challenge!
It is me, when I was a little over a year old, sitting in the Heart Shaped Doll Cradle my Dad had made for me out of wood, & then he painted it & added decals. He was always very good at making things out of wood! He was a single parent in the 50's. You didn't see that often then!
I had a little tiny teddy bear, which I also poked an eye out of. If you look closely, you can see me poking it right here! I am not able to write with my hands, but I will print up the journaling and add it to the page as soon as I can get my printer to work properly!
I found this little teddy bear at M's, and it is what inspired this page! I made it's clothes out of flowers as well!
My Daddy went on to be with Jesus about a month after this was made. I'm so glad he got to see it, and knew how dearly I loved him. He was my still best friend, at 92 & 1/2.
