I saw something similar on the cover of Creating Keepsakes Feb 2008 Magazine and thought I could make my own patterned paper. I'm happy with the results. If you are interested in the pdf I created, I'll be happy to e-mail to anyone. All you have to do is print out on pink cardstock to reproduce the paper I made. I also used alcohol ink to change the color of my button.
