The Vice Governor of Dohuk in Kurdistan Iraq. I guess you could say he was a bit overwhelmed. When our commander COL Pfenning introduced him to our Commanding General, the Governor suddenly went towards him in an embrace. Brigadier General Walsh was my favorite CG, he has gone home since this photo was taken. But as the photo shows, he wasnt too high up the chain to hug someone. Journaling is in my room drying right now and will be slipped behind the photo tonight.
