This is a transparent card created with the Tinkering Ink -Beloved line! Boy was it hard to get a pic of this!
The blue piece is a die cut from TI as well as the number 2. Added TI sticker brackets and rub on swirls (Floral Frippery by TI).
Other: The "a note" rub on letters are American Crafts and "thank you" is a Scenic Route rub on sentiment. TFL!
