Sorry cheated again, didn't scan but, I took a photo of each photo!!! Still counts??? I don't do frills, and I already posted a frilly dress of Chloe's so when I was doing the romance mini, thought might as well use these two for this mini! OMG we look so young, I was 25 in this photo!!!!
Opened a blank document in PSE.5 and placed the two photos into it! Used the marquee tool to mask off a border, inversed it, used a gaussian blur and flourish brushes over that!
