This was a lot of fun to do because I loved this outfit of my dgd. I actually picked out coordinating colored paper & used as stencil & scissors to do all the circles under the pictures. On the border, I used a paperpunch that makes small rectangles & then wove ribbon thruogh them. There's a hidden journal card teasing her about how her daddy and "papa" reacted to her having a two piece suit.
