Here I used the negative of my die cut sheet from Fancy Pants and traced the wing shapes onto my paper, then stitched around the pencil lines. Next, I adhered some swirl rub ons for the inside of the wings from Tinkering Ink (Floral Frippery rub ons). I used a bottle of clear glue with a fine point on it to cover the little swirl rub ons, then sprinkled fine glitter over the top and let dry. Thanks for looking!
