Doing catch-up with some of my photos, this was taken June of 2002 where we were doing family footprints. I have tried to make it an annual event every year so the kids can look back and say "Wow, look how tiny my feet were". Inspiration from a layout done by Erin Roe in the June issue of CK Magazine.

JOURNALING READS: At least once a year I try to pull out all the old stamping supplies and ink up each of the boys hands and feet and stamp them on a 12X12 sheet of cardstock. I can’t believe how fast they boys are growing and I want them to be able to look back and see what the “actual” sizes of their feet were when they were little. Micheal’s little feet were so fat & chubby, they were very easy to print and it must have tickled him when I inked them up becuase he would squirm with delight. Alex always looks forward to seeing his colorful footprints on the paper and repeats back to me “mommy, I will say look how little”. This has most definately become a tradition in our family (I was even able to do Doug’s). A tradition I hope to keep for many years to come. Of course mommy isn’t happy with just stamp ink, she has to emboss and sparkle as well.
