This is my dad in 1951 in Japan. He was just 18, and in the Army national guard - getting ready to go into Korea. I have always liked this picture of him, looking so young and proud. The "land of the free" is a card that opens up and describes where he was based and what he was doing at that time in his life. I did this as a project for the Red Bee Design Team. Its hanging in the military section in the store!
