I have a dream...{scrap mojo challenge #9}

My latest for the mojo challenge. We had to use the phrase "I HAVE A DREAM" and tags.

I stitched around the "cloud" behind the tag with silver thread....used mesh from an onion bag and a piece of felt behind the peace/earth. I also traced both the earth and peace sign and painted them.
