My cousin Bill and I are not only related but we are best of friends. On this LO I put his and my name in brackets to signify that we are the cousins and stamped my Dh and Bills GF's names too. Made a tag that says 'A night out- Dells taking the pictures' (since he is not pictured). I am in red. I tore cardtock and the word cousins before mounting it. I also used a tab that says Autumn. I made the tag tied it off with orange fun fir and a fabric brad.
