I did this for the Sept. recipe swap. The background is accually light golden yellow/brown color. the dark areas are maroon. I used cupcake liners for embellishments on the right. The title tag has the background paper, maroon paper, printed vellum, natural magic mesh, and fibers, the corners of the tag were folded down.
