I did this altered frappuccino box for a sample at an LSS. Here is a close-up of the acrylic circle tag I made for the front of the box.
I used some acrylic I got from Jessica Guthrie of Kits2Remember. I diecut it into circles using the Big Shot and then I used American Crafts rub-ons ot get the decorations--the zigzag circle form the rubon pack fit the circle perfectly!!
