Design work for the March kit at Create My Keepsake. I drew a flower similar to the flowers in the paper and hand stitched the design with brown thread. I added a chick stamp from the Pink Paislee Retro Spring collection- not in kit. I stamped it onto white cardstock with brown ink and then I used a bit of chalk around the edges to give it a little more dimension.
Taylor rarely poses for me, but this was taken last summer at the school playground one day. I wanted to use the chick paper and stamps, so I came up with the title "You are 1 cute chick". The journaling says "What a heartbreaker you are going to be someday!" It's so funny because the boys are always trying to get her attention when we go to her school functions, and she wants to have nothing to do with them now! (thank goodness) ha
