It wasn't supposed to be a frame. I got an embossing stencil. I did the outside edge, then I picked it up to see what it looked like. I wanted it to say "thank you" on the front so I put another stencil on and continued. When I picked it up, it said "uoy knaht". In other words, the frame was an "outie" and the words were an "innie." So... I turned it into a frame and added a flower background in two tones. I made the frame look raised with 3-d dots and the inner oval, is deckle cut and raised, too. Pretty, but it's just not what I planned.
