Cat Grass

SHCG: Melissa, this is so cool! First off, is this a new kitty? It looks so much like my Pepper (my cat)! I had to look twice. The only difference is her feet are light brown. So, of course, the kitty is adorable! I love your layering and the use of coordinating papers. You always have such an eye for adding interesting details. I love that you add things that I wouldn't think about, but they look fabulous! I love the drawn in details on the grass. You rock, chicky!

SHCG: I love this LO! The layering and the circles are real strengths of this LO. I think the doodles and the inking go well and add visual interest. The fake grass is creative. Great job!

SHCG: Very interesting papers. The colors are great and they make the blue bowl stand out. The title is perfect. My only feedback is to add your cat's name and the year.

SHCG: This is so cute! I see these things all of the time at petsmart. Love it. I really love the placement of everything, the layering, and bringing some of thsoe purple circles on top. Awesome you keep your kitties inside, and just bring a little outside to them. love the LO

SHCG: I am impressed at how quickly you turned out a lo after receiving your gifts. They look great on this page. I just can't critique it for two reasons, though. It features stuff I gave you and it involves a cute kitty. I will say I love the layering, the felt thickers play up the grass really well, and all your handiwork in making the grass, the doodling, and outlining. I also appreciate that you keep your furbabies indoors.
