I used HG papers, acrylic letters, rubons, journaling plates, and brads. For the background I cut 2 inch squares, inked some of them, and mounted some of them on chipboard-- I purposely did not cover the entire page with squares. For the giraffe image, I used a Magenta stamp and stazon ink, then I did direct to paper inking on the background with three or four shades of green to place behind the image. There's quite a bit of hidden journaling in a booklet peeking out from behind the title-- which is a pocket-- the journaling is divided into two subjects-- one, why I love AKL and why we stay there at least once a year AND the other section talks about the sheer joy of the safari ride-- early in teh morning and as the last activity of the afternoon. Other items used were MM photo corners, green ink, bazzil cardstock. As usual, I am terrible at scanning.
