I look at mine about once a month mabye? I really need to get it resized, but who knows if I'll ever wear it, it irritates my skin, I rarely wear jewelry of any kind. To be honest we keep thinking of selling it as my parents did with theirs.
Simply Beautiful! I know the feeling of loss of rings... I was devistated when my engagement ring was stolen when I was 8 mo pregnant... hands too swollen to wear it... I got a new ring just a year ago and I'm so glad. Though the marriage always means more, the rings do bear so much symbolism and sentiment. Beautiful Post.
I'm telling you, Hon -- you need to hang out your shingle! You'd be a wonderful portrait and wedding photographer :) Pray on it and see if the Lord leads...
Into my Favorites - TFS :D

More than just an accessory, my wedding rings are my favorite thing I wear. Because I look at my wedding rings and I see commitment. I see almost 8 years of love, laughter, tears, trials, pain and joy. My rings like ourselves have been through a lot in our years together, they've been cut off in the emergency room and then reconstructed. They bear the dents and marks of life... Yet on my finger they shine and sparkle of the unspeakable beauty of commitment, devotion and love.
