This first spread in the book had no real room for photos. (AND I'd managed to print 3.5x5.5 photos, or WalMart's version of "true digital" prints.) However, I did get some journaling on here. Two blocks, to be exact. The block on the left is a quote from "The Night Before Christmas" by Clement Clarke Moore. The block on the right reads, "Our Christmas started out rather quietly, with me in the kitchen for days baking batches of cookies. Our tree went up late, but when it did go up, missy Kitty found a comfy place to catnap, atop the soft tree skirt. December 23, we went to Greenwood MO to celebrate Christmas with Jeremy's uncle Bobby, grandparents, and cousins. We had a great time and the kids enjoyed it." This block is actually part one to the block on the next spread.
