I've been waiting to get "inspired" to do this page, but I finally have it the way I like it. The journaling reads...March 25, 2005
In my search to make some friends for myself and the girls I joined a playgroup in the area, and the first event that the girls and I went to was an Easter Egg Hunt. We went out to the field where some of the other parents had placed all of the plastic eggs that everyone brought full of candy, and all of the other children took off looking for eggs. Being that this was both Allison and Skylar’s first egg hunt, neither of them knew what to do or what was going on. Allison quickly saw what the other kids were doing and took off running to find her own eggs. Skylar on the other hand found one egg, and was very content playing with the one egg she found. She just sat there and watched all of the other children running around gathering eggs while she played with her wonderful new find. After all of the eggs were gathered some of the other children saw that Skylar only had one egg, and they decided to share their eggs with her.
It was so sweet!
