This layout was created for submission in the March Three Product/Technique Challenge. I only used embroidery floss (pink and white), patterned paper, and ink. The left half of the page is three different papers woven together. The right half of the page is coordinating rose paper/polka dots. They are overlapping and the rose paper was cut with a Fiskar edger.
The journeling says:
On New Year's Eve, 2007, all I wanted was one good pic of you. After 10 minutes of trying to convince you, you say "Mommy, you're killing me!" We're too alike!!
The paper was actually purchased, not by myself, from the dollar store. It's obviously not the best quality and it actually worked very well for this layout! Shocking, I know!
