I used 3/8" eyelets so the rings would go through. Attach eyelets to the clear pockets and the front and back cover of your holder. I also attached 2 more eyelets on the covers for the ribbon ties. And now you're done.
I used 5 transparencies which will hold 10 cards or 20 if you don't want to see the backs.
